LASER SCANNING

Laser 3D scanning is the latest technology used to precisely focus real objects with the help of a laser scanner. It is especially suitable for high-volume 3D scanning. Our services include scanning of buildings, industrial halls, complex structures, vehicles of all kinds, monuments and historical complexes, buildings and equipment.


Advantages of 3D laser scanning:

  • the active method of data collection - also usable in dark and unlit areas,
  • minimization of time for data collection compared to conventional measurement methods,
  • high measurement efficiency (two million measurements per second) with minimal inaccuracies,
  • the measurement at full operation and without the need to interrupt production,
  • high measuring accuracy (below 1.0 mm),
  • works at a safe frequency for the eyes (1550 nm).

  • buildings surveying (interior and exterior) of cultural or natural monuments, facades, statues,
  • bridges surveying (road, rail, technology) and accessories,
  • surveying of production, storage, personnel premises, including equipment (machines, production lines, steel structures, pipes, columns, lighting, air conditioning, cable lines, tunnels, etc.)
  • surveying of objects for construction calculations, project documentation, accuracy and sequence of construction, monitoring of deformations in time, etc.,
  • surveying of spaces to measure the equality of areas,
  • surveying of heaps of bulk material, solid materials, in order to calculate volumes,
  • creating 3D models of objects, goods, etc.
LASER SCANNING

PHOTOGRAMMETRY

It uses 2D photographs from a large number of angles of view of the object and calculations into 3D models using very complex algorithms with the help of powerful computers. Its advantage is the high accuracy, speed and wide range of size of the processed object from millimetres to tens of square kilometres or entire city districts. Use is alone or in combination with laser scanning.

It is very often used in VR-AR solutions, due to the high realism of colours and materials. The outputs can also be used in the field of CAD processing of small objects or entire buildings in AutoCAD, REVIT (BIM) and other applications.


Advantages of photogrammetric scanning:

  • data collection and integrity control on-site,
  • great flexibility in the size from the pin to a part of the urban agglomeration,
  • high measuring accuracy (below 0.05 mm),
  • high quality and texture resolution, i.e. object material (32 bit per channel x 3),
  • suitable as a combination with laser scanning.

Usage:

We provide printing of objects according to processed 3D models up to the size of 700mm x 1700mm x 700mm.
